Add Red Chili and Black Pepper

Add Garlic and Salt

Marinate Roast

Bake Roast

Broiled Roast

Spicy Pot Roast

Cook Time: 1 hour
Serves: 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 2 Lb. Beef Pot Roast
  • 2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp. Stone Ground Mustard (I like to use Inglehoffer's, but you can try any)
  • 1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tsp. Olive Oil

Method

  1. Wash Meat and Pat Dry
  2. In a Medium Bowl, Add All Ingredients and Mix; Marinate Roast Overnight in Fridge
  3. Heat Oven to 350°F, and Bake for 30 minutes, Turning Roast at least Once
  4. Turn Oven Off and Turn Broiler on High; Broil for 15 Minutes and Turn Roast to Other Side
  5. Continue to Broil for Another 15 Minutes
