Ingredients
- 6 Medium sized Parsnips (Peeled and Cut into approx. 2"x1/8"x1/8" Pieces)
- 1 Small Onion/Shallot (thinly Sliced)
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 6 Black Peppercorns (Crushed)
- 6 White Peppercorns (Crushed)
Method
- In a large Frying Pan/Wok over Medium High Heat, Add Olive Oil, Onion, Salt, and Parsnip, and Sautee
- Add Bay Leaf, and Crushed Pepper
- Cook for about 20 Minutes until Parsnip is Cooked, Stirring every few minutes so it cooks evenly
- Serve as a Side Dish
