Mix All Spices and Arrange Thyme Over Salmon

Broil Salmon for 10 to 12 More Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive OIl
  • 1.75 Lb. Salmon Fillet
  • 2 Tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
  • 3 Tsp. Lime Juice
  • 6 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme

Method

  1. In a Baking Dish, Add Oil
  2. Add Salmon, then Ginger Garlic Paste
  3. Add Salt, Red Chili Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, and Paprika
  4. Add Lime Juice and Mix all Herbs and Spices; Make Sure Herb and Spice Mixture Covers Both Sides of Fillet
  5. Arrange Thyme Sprigs Over Salmon
  6. Heat oven to 350°F, and Bake Salmon for 10 Minutes
  7. Turn Off Oven and Turn Broiler on High
  8. Broil Salmon for 10 to 12 Minutes
  9. Serve with Rice or Salad
