Combine all Ingredients in a Large Bowl, and Mash with Hand or Potato Masher

Ingredients
1 Celery Root
7 Small Potatoes
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Shallots (thinly Sliced)
5 Green Chili Peppers (Diced)
3 Tsp. Mustard Oil
1 Tsp. Sea Salt
Method
Prepare Celery Root by Removing Outer Skin with a Knife
Cut Celery Root into 8 Pieces
Boil Potato and Celery Root in a Medium Sized Pot with 1 Tsp. Salt, over High Heat for about 20 Minutes; Remove from Heat once Potato and Celery Root are cooked, Remove from Water, and Cool
Add all remaining Ingredients in a Large Bowl, and Use a Potato Masher or your Hand to Mash all Ingredients into a Bhorta
Serve as a Side Dish with White Rice

If you want you can add a few stalks of Chopped Cilantro to the Bhorta
