Cut Purslane in 1 Inch Length
Cut Garlic, Onion, and Red Chilis
Add Ghee to Medium Saucepan Over Medium Heat
Sautee Garlic for a Minute
Add Onion to Saucepan
Sautee Garlic and Onion
Add Purslane to Saucepan
Add Salt and Red Chilis
Mix Purslane and Cover Saucepan and Cook for 3 Minutes Over High Heat
Turn off Heat and Uncover Saucepan
Serve Purslane with White Rice
