Ingredients
- 1 Small Cauliflower (Cut into large florets)
- 1 Large Potato
- 1 Small Onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 or 4 Small Thai Green Chili Pepper (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard Oil
- 1 Tsp. Salt
Method
- Boil Potato in a Small Pot, with 1/2 Tsp. of Salt for 10 to 15 Minutes
- Boil Cauliflower Florets in a Medium Pot, over High Heat for about 10 Minutes (Add 1/4 Tsp. of Salt to Pot)
- When the Cauliflower is Soft, Remove from Water, and Mash with either your Hands or with a Masher
- Peel the Potato, Mash, and Mix with the Mashed Cauliflower
- Add Onions, Chili Pepper, remainig Salt, Mustard Oil, and Mix together
- Serve with White Rice
