Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Small Onion (Finely Diced)
- 2 Tbsp. Olive OIl
- 3 Heaping Tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tomatoes (Cut in 8 Pieces)
- 3/4 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
- 2 Heaping Tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 Small Chicken (Cut in 8 Pieces)
- 1 Small Stick of Cinnamon Bark
- 2 Cardamom Pods
- 3 Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 10 Black Pepercorns (Crushed)
- 10 Fingerling Potatoes
Method
- In a Large Pot over Medium Heat, add Olive Oil, Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste, Tomatoes, Salt, Turmeric, Chili Powder, and Garam Masala
- Add Chicken, Stir and Cook in Covered Pot for another 5 Minutes over Medium High Heat
- Add Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Bay Leaf, Black Peppercorn, and Potatoes
- Cover Pot and Cook for 15 to 20 Minutes Stirring Chicken every 5 to 6 Minutes untill it's fully cooked
- Serve with White or Brown Rice
