Whole Skinless Chicken

Add Spices

Slice Celery

Dice Garlic

Add Celery and Garlic

Slice Shallot

Mix all Ingredients and Marinate

Arrange Marinated Chicken on a Clear Pyrex Baking Dish

Pour Remaining Marinade over Chicken

Sweet Chili Tandoor Chicken Bake

Serves: 4 to 8

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Skinless Chicken (Cut in 8 Pieces)
  • 1 Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1-1/2 Tsp. Rajah Brand Natural Tandoor Masala
  • 1 Tbsp. Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 Stalks of Celery (thinly Sliced)
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (thinly Diced)
  • 1 Shallot (thinly Sliced)

Method

  1. In a Lage Bowl, Add Salt, Tandoor Masala, Chili Paste, Paprika, Red Chili Pepper, and Olive Oil to Chicken
  2. Add Sliced Celery, Garlic, and Shallots and Mix; Marinate for a 30 Minutes Minimum
  3. Pre Heat Oven to 350°F
  4. Place Marinated Chicken on a Clear Pyrex or other Baking Dish, and Bake for 10 Minutes
  5. Remove Dish from Oven, and Using a Fork Turn Chicken Over onto Other Side to Cook evenly
  6. Turn off Oven and Turn Broiler on to High
  7. Broil Chicken for 10 Minutes; Again Remove Dish from Oven, and Turn Chicken Over onto Other Side
  8. Broil Chicken for 10 more Minutes; Chicken should be fully Cooked now
  9. Serve with Rice

Note

Depending on the type of Oven you have, and type of Baking dish you use, Broil Time could be reduced. Usually, a Pyrex or Ceramic Baking Dish will require a little more Time,
