Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion (thinly Sliced)
- 6 Potatoes (thinly Sliced)
- ½ Tsp. Turmeric
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3 or 4 Green Hot Thai Peppers
Method
- In a Large Frying Pan over Medium Heat, Add Olive Oil, Onions, Potatoes, Turmeric, Salt, and Sautee for about 2 to 3 Minutes
- Add Bay Leaf, and Green Hot Thai Peppers, and Continue to Stir Fry for about 20 Minutes until the Potatoes are Cooked
- Serve with Warm Tortilla, Luchi, or Parathas
