Aloo Bhaji

Aloo Bhaji

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Onion (thinly Sliced)
  • 6 Potatoes (thinly Sliced)
  • ½ Tsp. Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 3 or 4 Green Hot Thai Peppers

Method

  1. In a Large Frying Pan over Medium Heat, Add Olive Oil, Onions, Potatoes, Turmeric, Salt, and Sautee for about 2 to 3 Minutes
  2. Add Bay Leaf, and Green Hot Thai Peppers, and Continue to Stir Fry for about 20 Minutes until the Potatoes are Cooked
  3. Serve with Warm Tortilla, Luchi, or Parathas
