Ingredients
- STEP 1 - Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Beef thinly Sliced (about 1/4" Thick)
- 2 Tsp. Garam Masala
- 6 Heaping Tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tsp. Shan Seekh Kabab BBQ Spice Mix
- 1 Tsp. Morton Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
- STEP 2 - Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Large Onion (Cut into 8 Wedges)
- 6 Fingerling Potatoes
- 1 Bunch of Brocoli Rabe
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
Method
- STEP 1
- In a Medium Bowl, Mix the Beef with Garam Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste, Shan Seekh Kabab BBQ Spice Mix, Morton Seasoned Salt, and Chili Powder, and Marinate Overnight in the Fridge
- STEP 2
- In a Large Frying Pan/Wok, Add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil, and Onions, and Sautee for about a Minute
- Add Marinated Meat to Pan, and Sautee over Medium High Heat Heat for about a Minute
- Add Potatoes to Pan after the Meat is Cooked, and Cook for about 5 Minutes
- Cover Pan and Turn Heat to Medium Low; Cook for another 5 to 10 Minutes, and Turn off Heat
- STEP 3
- In a Separate Large Frying Pan, Add 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, Broccoli Rabe, and Salt; Cook on Medium High Heat for 7 to 10 Minutes untill Broccoli Rabe is Soft but still Green
- Turn off Heat, and Remove Pan from Stove
- Arrange Cooked Broccoli on a Dish, and Add Cooked Beef
- Served with White Rice
