Ingredients
- 12 Pieces of Goat Chops (about 1.25 to 1.5 Lbs.)
- 1/4 Cup Desi Natural Dahi Yogart (you can buy this at an Indian Grocery Store)
- 1 - 1/2 Tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tbsp. Garam Masala Spice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Shan Korma Curry Spice (you can also buy this at an Indian Grocery Store)
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp. Dried Basil Leaves
- 1/2 Tbsp. Grapeseed Oil (you can substitute Olive Oil if you prefer)
Method
- Wash Goat Chops thoroughly and Pat Dry with a Paper Towel, Set aside
- In a Medium-Large Mixing Bowl, Add all remaining Ingredients
- Mix in Goat Chops, and Marinate Overnight in the Refrigerator
- Turn Oven to 350 degrees F, Place Marinated Goat Chops in a Cast Iron or Aluminum Baking Dish (make sure to add all marinated spice mix to the baking dish)
- Bake for 30 to 35 Minutes, Turning Chops 1 or 2 times so they are Cooked evenly
- Serve with White Rice or Polao
