Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Olive OIl
- 2 Tsp. Sour Cream
- 5 Tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp. Dried Ground Lemon (You can purchase this at a Persian or Indian Grocery Store)
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Peppercorns
- 2 Sprigs of Dill (Finely Diced)
- 2 Lbs. Skinless Chicken Brest (Cut in Cubes)
Method
- In a Medium Bowl, Mix Olive Oil, Sour Cream, Ginger Garlic Paste, Ground Lemon, Salt, Red Chili Pepper, Black Peppercorns & Dill
- Add Chicken Cubes & Mix
- Marinate for about 15 Minutes
- Heat Oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
- Skewer Chicken Cubes onto Metal Skewers and Bake for about 12 to 15 Minutes (Turning Skewers at least Once)
- Serve with White Rice or Polao
