Dill Chicken Breast Skewers

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive OIl
  • 2 Tsp. Sour Cream
  • 5 Tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Ground Lemon (You can purchase this at a Persian or Indian Grocery Store)
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Peppercorns
  • 2 Sprigs of Dill (Finely Diced)
  • 2 Lbs. Skinless Chicken Brest (Cut in Cubes)


  1. In a Medium Bowl, Mix Olive Oil, Sour Cream, Ginger Garlic Paste, Ground Lemon, Salt, Red Chili Pepper, Black Peppercorns & Dill
  2. Add Chicken Cubes & Mix
  3. Marinate for about 15 Minutes
  4. Heat Oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
  5. Skewer Chicken Cubes onto Metal Skewers and Bake for about 12 to 15 Minutes (Turning Skewers at least Once)
  6. Serve with White Rice or Polao
