Ingredients
- 1/4 Gallon Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chai Seeds
- 2 Tsp. Orange Zest/Flavor
- 2 Eggs
Method
- In a Large Pot over Medium High Heat, Bring Milk to a Boil (stirring continuously so it doesn't stick)
- Turn Heat to Low (as Milk starts to Boil) Add Sugar, and Stir Continuously for about 10 to 15 Minutes
- Add Chai Seeds, Orange Zest, and Turn Heat to Medium High
- Cook about 10 Minutes, and Turn Off Heat
- Cool for about an Hour to Room Temperature
- Whisk 2 Eggs, and Add to Pot Stirring Continuously
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Farenheit
- Pour Pudding Mixture to a Flat 2 or 3 inch High Baking Dish, and Cover with Alumninum Foil
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes untill Pudding is Solid
- Serve when Cooled
