Chai Seed Pudding with Orange Zest

  • 1/4 Gallon Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Chai Seeds
  • 2 Tsp. Orange Zest/Flavor
  • 2 Eggs


  1. In a Large Pot over Medium High Heat, Bring Milk to a Boil (stirring continuously so it doesn't stick)
  2. Turn Heat to Low (as Milk starts to Boil) Add Sugar, and Stir Continuously for about 10 to 15 Minutes
  3. Add Chai Seeds, Orange Zest, and Turn Heat to Medium High
  4. Cook about 10 Minutes, and Turn Off Heat
  5. Cool for about an Hour to Room Temperature
  6. Whisk 2 Eggs, and Add to Pot Stirring Continuously
  7. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Farenheit
  8. Pour Pudding Mixture to a Flat 2 or 3 inch High Baking Dish, and Cover with Alumninum Foil
  9. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes untill Pudding is Solid
  10. Serve when Cooled
